Our starting point is to analyse current activities to ensure we understand the clients 'pain' in detail. Once a pain(s) has been identified we then set about agreeing clear goals of the project with the client and how these can be measured. Once a project is completed we then re-analyse its impact against predefined success rates. It is this level of accountability that ensures our customers come back time and again.
Design
Our design methodology is based on analysis and research. Once we understand the consumer it makes it easier to produce a design to fulfil their needs. Our main driver is always usability.
Development
We typically follow a Rapid Application Development methodology, where we can provide the client a window onto the development infrastructure at every stage.
